QUALITY SYSTEMS •Our quality system begins with vendor selection for our castings; Ultraflo choses only those vendors servicing Fortune 500 companies or ISO certified suppliers who utilize the latest casting technologies. •Our quality system statistically checks all incoming components for accuracy and cosmetic appearance-rejects are segregated and immediately returned. •All machined components are subject to statistical sampling for conformance to our dimensional standards-rejects are segregated and immediately returned. •Each valve is hydrostatically tested at 110% of rated pressure to ensure a bubble tight shutoff when installed. PRODUCT FEATURES •CNC machining of all cast component parts provides true interchangeability of parts, consistent adherence to tolerances and reduced torque ratings. •All Ultraflo seats have molded double 0-rings to provide positive fluid seal in the stem passage way. •Use of upper and lower bushings reduce gaulding, seizing and ensure correct alignment every time. •Choice of 17-4ph or 316 stainless disc or discstems at no additional cost. •Baked on powder coating (iron bodies) at no additional costs.
